Concord, NH – New Hampshire sports bettors wagered nearly $8.5 million on the National Football League last weekend, breaking the record set last year for total handle bet on opening weekend NFL games. Players bet nearly $7.2 million on the NFL opening weekend last year. So far this football season, New Hampshire players have placed more than 300,000 wagers on NFL and NCAA football.

Making the most of growing sports betting momentum with the football season underway, the New Hampshire Lottery is introducing both a $5 Go Pats! Scratch Ticket, featuring a top prize of $100,000 on sale at more than 1,200 retail locations statewide, and a Go Pats! e-Instant game available online, featuring a $25,000 top prize. The New Hampshire Lottery has partnered with the New England Patriots since 2012 to offer Patriots-themed scratch tickets, but this is the first time the New Hampshire Lottery is offering an e-Instant game as well.
