Close Your NH iLottery Account
To close your account, please contact our Player Support Team by phone or email. Simply request your account be closed and an agent will assist you.
If you close your account, this will terminate your My603 Rewards/NH iLottery account. Once an account is closed, it cannot be re-opened, and a new account cannot be created for the same person.

Please note that our customer support team needs to perform a few checks before your request is closed. We do not guarantee a specific time for your account closure, as it depends on your response time at each step. Our customer support team will assist you within 5 business days. Following is a brief description of the steps performed before closing your My603Rewards/iLottery account:
Step 1
: A support agent will confirm the player’s details to verify the player’s identity.
Step 2
: A support agent will assist the player and ask for the player's reason for wanting to disable their account.
Step 3
: If the player chooses to disable the account and is an active iLottery player with a positive balance, the agent will share the following options:

. The player needs to play through the non-withdrawable amount balance and wait for all future draws to be complete. Once the draws are completed, the player will need to initiate a withdrawal request for the eligible amount and cancel any Auto-renewals associated with the account. (Note: The first-time withdrawal will require a compliance check for security purposes.)
b
. In case the player chooses not to use the remaining balance or wait for all future draws to be completed, the player will be advised in writing (email) that their account will be disabled, but they currently have a remaining balance/draws at the time of closing.
Step 4
: Upon accepting the request, the account is disabled.
Data Retention
: New Hampshire Lottery Commission is a state government agency. Accordingly, after disabling of an account, the New Hampshire Lottery Commission may be required to retain account data in accordance with State of New Hampshire Public records statutes, regulations, and policies. If you have questions about how your data will be handled, please contact NH LOTTERY HEADQUARTERS at 603-271-3391. An account is considered abandoned once it has had no activity for a three or more year period as of March 31 each year. Once an account has been determined to be abandoned, we are required by law to close the account and transmit any real money balance to the New Hampshire Department of Treasury’s Unclaimed Property Division. Once the money is transmitted, the New Hampshire Department of Treasury becomes the custodian of these assets and returns them to their owner when they are rightfully claimed.
