Concord, NH – Without a winner in Monday night’s (4/1) drawing, the New Hampshire Lottery is expecting tonight’s (4/3) Powerball jackpot to jump to $1.09 billion, which would be the fourth-largest Powerball jackpot on record and the ninth-largest lottery jackpot in history. The New Hampshire Lottery expects the one-time cash payout to reach $527.3 million. (Estimated jackpot amounts are determined before taxes are withheld.)

The anticipated $1.09 billion Powerball jackpot has been growing since January 1, when a lucky player in Michigan purchased a $842.2 million jackpot-winning ticket. Since the drawing in January, there have been 39 consecutive Powerball drawings without a jackpot winner.
The largest Powerball jackpot on record was $2.04 billion in November 2022, which was also the largest lottery jackpot in world history.
