The New Hampshire Lottery Commission is responsible for the oversight of almost all gaming activity within the State of New Hampshire pursuant to RSA 284 and 287-D-I. This includes the contracting, operation and contract management of gaming systems required to facilitate wagering through various channels of commerce.

NHLC is seeking proposals from qualified individuals to serve as consultants to the procurement team that will be chosen by the Executive Director of the NHLC. The consultant should detail in the proposal their experience in the field of lottery/gaming, their experience working with other clients and their proposed fee schedule. The proposers should also detail their experience with working within the confines of state procurement practice.
