Concord, NH – A lucky New Hampshire player is the state’s newest Tri-State Megabucks winner after purchasing a $13.9 million (estimated jackpot) winning ticket at the Milton Mart on 16 Commerce Way in Milton for Monday night’s (3/4) drawing. The winner will have the choice of taking the jackpot in graduated annual payments over 30 years or a one-time, lump sum payment. (Estimated prize amounts are determined before taxes are withheld.)

On top of the Megabucks winner, an estimated $1.13 billion in combined Mega Millions and Powerball jackpots is up for grabs in New Hampshire, with drawings taking place tonight and tomorrow night. The New Hampshire Lottery projects tonight’s (3/5) Mega Millions jackpot will increase to $650 million and tomorrow night’s (3/6) Powerball jackpot will rise to $485 million. The New Hampshire Lottery expects the Mega Millions one-time cash payout to reach $308.6 million and the Powerball one-time cash payout to jump to $232.4 million. The winning numbers from the Tri-State Megabucks drawing on Monday, March 4, were: 2-10-23-28-32 MB-1.

Mega Millions drawing results from Friday, March 1, were: 15-33-37-55-61 MB-24 with a Megaplier of 4.

Powerball drawing results from Monday, March 4, were: 36-42-50-52-67 PB-26 with a Power Play of 2.

The last winning Tri-State Megabucks ticket was sold on February 18, 2023 in New Hampshire at the NH Liquor & Wine Outlet in Bedford. The winning ticket was an estimated $1.775 million and claimed by The Mad Dog Five Nominee Trust of 2023, Portsmouth, NH.

The estimated $650 million Mega Millions jackpot has been growing since December 8, 2023, when a lucky player in California purchased a $395 million jackpot winning ticket. The anticipated $485 million Powerball jackpot has been growing since January 1, when a lucky player in Michigan purchased a $842.2 million jackpot winning ticket.

The largest Powerball jackpot on record was $2.04 billion in November 2022, which was also the largest lottery jackpot in world history. The largest Mega Millions jackpot on record was $1.537 billion in October 2018.

Mega Millions drawings are held Tuesdays and Fridays at 11:00 PM and Powerball drawings are held Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays at 10:59 PM. Tri-State Megabucks is sold in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont, and drawings are held Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.
