10/4/2023

Concord, NH – Without a winner in Monday night’s (10/2) drawing, the New Hampshire Lottery is expecting tonight’s (10/4) Powerball jackpot to jump to $1.2 billion, which would be the third-largest Powerball jackpot on record and the fifth-largest lottery jackpot in history. The New Hampshire Lottery expects the one-time cash payout to reach $551.7 million. (Estimated jackpot amounts are determined before taxes are withheld.)

“$1.2 billion! Can you believe it? It is difficult to describe the level of excitement and anticipation as the jackpot continues to skyrocket. Everyone is talking about Powerball!” said Charlie McIntyre, Executive Director, New Hampshire Lottery. “We are crossing our fingers at New Hampshire Lottery headquarters for a Granite Stater to win this once-in-a-lifetime prize. Who knows, New Hampshire’s next billionaire could be crowned tonight! Good luck, players!”

Powerball drawing results from Monday, October 2, were: 12-26-27-43-47 PB-5 with a Power Play of 2.
