Refund Policy for Subscriptions

In accordance with chapter 3000 of the New Hampshire Code of Administrative Rules including, inter alia Sw 3001.11q and Tri-State Lotto rule 25(q), refunds can only be requested in writing prior to the start date of a subscription or when authorized by the Lottery as a result of and prior to the implementation of a game change.
